Late Arrivals

We know that life complications can sometimes lead to late arrivals, but we must be courteous to our punctual guests. Treatment for late arrivals will be rendered only for the remainder of the scheduled appointment, with full payment charged. In special cases- where our schedule will allow, and with proper advanced notice, we may be able to accommodate a full appointment. Please note that all payments are non-refundable in the event that you cancel, or are extremely late to where the service cannot be performed.

Check In

To keep you safe, we're limiting the number of persons in our spa at once. Kindly avoid arriving more than 15 mins before your appointment time. 
 

Communicating Preferences

All aspects of treatment can usually be modified to your taste: type of music, AC temperature, and whether you choose to have a conversation or enjoy the treatment in silence. Feel free to let us know.
