SPA CONCIERGE

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Book appointments and provide general information. 

  • Check-in guests and lead them to the appropriate service areas.

  • Actively promote the spa and treatments, as well as programs, promotions and/or workshops available.

  • Provide accurate, appropriate and immediate responses to all requests by guests, ensuring complete guest satisfaction.

  • Prepare and serve refreshments.

  • Clean and prepare treatment areas for clients.

  • Maintain a clean; safe, fully stocked and well organized work area.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

 

  • Very strong customer service and personal assistance skills.

  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.

  • Detail oriented and ability to multi-task.

  • Must enjoy working with people and possess a polite and friendly personality.

  • Excellent communication and listening skills, as well as basic computer and social media knowledge.
